Established in 2015, JOECO is a family-owned business committed to providing quality and cost-effective hydroseeding and hydraulic erosion control services to Western Canada.

Services Provided

Our Finn 2000 Hydroseeder has a working capacity of 7500 liters and is mounted to a FL70 Freightliner, making it able to access the most challenging work sites. Optimum mixing capabilities come from the twin hydraulically controlled paddle agitation system. This allows uniform product distribution. We are equipped for commercial, industrial, roadway applications, and more. Our equipment allows us to spray the thickest wood mulches and spray-on erosion control blankets to promote quick germination and inhibit soil erosion. Everything from the seed mix to the hydroseeding mulch is customized to your project specifications.

Six (6) HA of moderate to steep slopes. Native grass and forb mixtures. Area previously covered in sparse tree and shrub saplings.

Water Reservoir

One (1) HA slope stabilization project using native seed blend specific for the area. Hydrostraw with Guar.

Drainage Ditch

Reclamation project in city park to prevent sediment from entering Bear Creek. Steep grade. Custom blend native seed mix as per customer request. 5000m².

Mountain Bike Course

Project for the town of Beaverlodge. High traffic turf blend.

Reclamation Project

Remote area, 5 HA. Hydrostraw BFM used for steep grades and rapid vegetation establishment. Native seed mix as per project specifications.

Roadside Application

Hydroseeding following spill clean up. Department of Transportation seed mix, wood fiber mulch.

Industrial Landscaping

Turf blend, wood fiber mulch to stabilize soil and seed. Tackifier used to hold moisture due to time of year project was completed.

Acreage Seeding

Wood fiber mulch, turf grade seed, low cost option for customer.
